Nicole’s Policy’s

Hello to all my wonderful customers, hope all is well.

It came to my attention with some things and I would like to clarify them.

first, I am so grateful to have you here! Thank you very much for taking your time to consider ordering from me, you are very much appreciated. 

I would like to get started with that I am one person running this company as well as a busy mom, so with that being said all items are made when ordered. 

All sales are final, unless there was a mistake on my end or items are damaged by the postal currier  (Photo is required)

Custom orders: 

Before you order and want a custom item, please email @Gethelpwithnicole@gmail.com so I can be sure I am able to do so and update you.

•If you see a item on this website and you would like to add a few things / modify the order to your specific liking, I do not mind doing so at all, you will still have to order the item through the website, once you done ordering hit check out you will see at the top:

Cart › Information › Shipping > Payment

please click on Cart before processing your order. You will see your order summary and right under it is an option for special instructions for seller. This is where you will put your custom instructions at. If you do miss this don’t hesitate to email Gethelpwithnicole@gmail.com with your order number  and also which item you would like modify. 

You have 24 hours to send email for modification on a order.

Once you send instructions/email we will discuss if there will be a price difference and how it will be received. If this is not done I will not know what you will like modified on your items So it will be sent as ordered. 
If you have sent the email on what you want modified but have not responded to the email I sent on the price difference it will be on hold for making for 72 hours. I will also send follow up emails to see if you would like to have it modified or keep it exactly how it is. If no response, I will send as ordered, I will also send a email on my final decision and a reminder of my policy.
